Latihan is a blindfolded, group moving meditation using subtle touch and embodied connection to explore and experience the pleasure of presence, sensorial awareness, and authentic human connection.

Originating from Indonesia's Subud tradition, it’s a practice of surrender—letting go of the ego and being in embodied connection with the present moment. In this modern twist on an ancient tradition, we introduce blindfolded movement to help quiet the mind and perk up the senses, allowing you to focus more deeply on the connection with yourself and others.

In Tantric Latihan, your body becomes your guide. 

Through embodied listening and meditative movement, you engage with your emotions, instincts, and natural flow. This practice helps release stuck energy, break old patterns, and access a renewed sense of freedom in the present moment.
